Adults

 

At Tri Star we offer adults class for anyone over 16 years, no enrolment is necessary or previous gymnastics training required.

Full use of all the equipment is available, this includes tumble tramp, sprung floor and foam pit.

 

Adult’s class is a non-structured class with a coach there for advice and safety.  Class runs for 1 hour 45. Participants have full use of equipment, and its great  cross training for other sports codes.


Wednesday 7pm – 8.45   $10 per session
